Coming together for food + drink
What is an Iron Yampi degustation?
Since our conception, our idea has been clear; create a space for people to come together for good food and good drinks in good company. With that in mind, we’ve sought to, on occasion, go all out and pair damn good wines with very signature dishes.
6 wines are selected from our very own preset parameters, and we then custom create dishes to accompany them, as well as give you a good spiel about what you’re eating a drinking. No one is left wanting and we strongly encourage getting an Uber as well as taking the following day off work.
Our next degustation
Our next degustation will be a focus on wines grown in a maritime Australian climate; think Margaret River, Tasmania, Limestone Coast, McLaren Vale among others. We’ll talk about how this particular climate affects the final product, and why certain grapes are selected to be grown here.
The food will be impeccably paired, with a gentle emphasis on ocean-inspiration (it won’t be an entirely seafood-driven evening) with a focus on the concept of what grows together, goes together.
Tickets are $139pp and selected wines will be available for purchase on the evening for later collection.
